Transition into online learning

Transition into online learning has definitely been a weird experience. For me I love being social so not being able to face to face with my peers and professors has been a challenge. I’m able to complete work at home but there are always distractions that always get my attention more than school work sometimes. I’m learning to set up my own small classroom and to teach myself that it’s a room where I have to focus and do school work. It is a hard transition to go from a busy city campus to just zooming from my home. I do miss going to lunch with classmates and working for hours in a breakout room but I hope one day we can return to doing those things. At least I get to work on assignments with my dog near now. This has taken a lot more self discipline on my part to do my classes but I know i’ll get used to it. The positive thing about all this is I get to spend more time with my family. The negative part of this is I’m spending more time with my family. I have also acquired many plants but I’m just trying to make the best of the situation that was handed to us.
