Day 6 in Denmark

On day six, we went to a boat museum and then to Hamlet’s castle or the Kronborgs’ castle. We started walking through the boat museum, which was more enjoyable than I expected. I’m not the most knowledgeable boat person, but this museum made it interactive enough that I learned a significant amount. After that, we headed over to the Kronborgs castle. When I imagine a huge beautiful castle, I always imagine this type of castle. It was surrounded by tall walls and even had a moat you had to cross to enter the castle. I always thought it would have been fun to have the chance to see how the castle would have been lived in when it was being used. How people would have interacted with each other and what they would have worn as they walked through the long corridors.
